Instructional Technologies

Some of the instructional technologies available at Texas Wesleyan University are:

  • Blackboard (for learning management system and distance ed. delivery)
  • Atomic Learning (for instructional videos on a vast variety of topics)
  • MediaSite (for lecture capture and desktop capture)
  • SmartBoards (for interactive presentations)
  • TurnitIn (for plagiarism detection)
  • Respondus (for locking down browsers while tests are being administered)

The CETL is happy to assist faculty on learning and implementing these tool as well as a vast variety of other instructional technologies (such as mobile devices, apps, web 2.0 resources, etc.) in their classroom.
